Sebastian is an adorable, sweet, nine month old baby boy. He has recently been diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes. It has been quite a shock to the Vaughn family. Andy & Andrea (Sebastian's parents) have been informed that in order to better assist them in monitoring his blood sugar, they need to provide Sebastian with a service dog. A service dog which serves this need is $22,000 of which the first $15,000 must be raised by the family. Also, there are many medical bills including prescriptions as well.
