Unexpected Loss 26 Yr Old Mom of 2

An unexpected tragedy has occurred and the love of my life, Amanda Murphy, age 26, is at this moment on life support at Firelands Regional Medical Center.
She had gone to the hospital experiencing pain and was discharged with medications. It is with profound sadness that I must write that Amanda was found at home and unconscious shortly thereafter. The medics were called and she was taken to the hospital, but she was regrettably determined brain dead.
I was told by the doctors that they believe Amanda passed quickly due to an obstruction that led to her heart. She is on life support momentarily because Amanda is signed on to be an organ donor. It is our hope that out of this completely shocking tragedy that someone else may receive the miracle they need through our great loss.
I have started this Go Fund Me campaign in an effort to help raise the money needed for an unexpected funeral and any additional money will be put in a fund to benefit our children.
Not only have I lost my love, myself at 24 years old, she just had her 26th birthday while on life support. We were not able to make it to the alter as planned.
First and foremost, I'm asking for this help for the children, Amanda and I have a son Caleb who is two years old and who is constantly walking around asking for his mommy. Amanda also has a daughter, Grace, age 7, from a previous relationship that I consider my own.
Amanda was a wonderful mother and it's truly a heartbreaking situation.
I humbly ask that you please help the children and I give Amanda the service she deserves and funding for the children's needs at this time.
