Elderly Disabled Grandma in Crisis!

My Grandmother was injured on the job over 30 years ago and is permanantly disabled and unable to work. She was never given any compensation, she has no pension and L&I cut her off without even settling her claim. Her foot was crushed and she was pinned under a ton of weight when a pallet gave way and was also trapped in an ammonia gas leak.
She has Permenant Brain Injury, Fibromyalgia(Arthritis of the muscles), Ankylosing Spondylitis (arthritis of the spine), Stenosis, 5 stents around her heart, blind in one eye due to the ammonia inhilation and Gout among other ailments.
My Grandma's Mother (97YRS young) recently died.(My Great Grandmother) She had been paying all of my Grandma's extra medical bills that Medicare/Medicaid doesn't cover such as Dentist, Accupuncture, her Primary Care Physician and her medications and suppliments.
Where there was three now there are only two of us left.
I have been supporting her now since September but I have run out of money.
Without these provisions she will be in excruciating pain.
It is costing me about $500 extra a month to pay for all of these bills and I work a full time job as well as run a collectible comic eBay business. As of yesterday I had to take out a payday loan to which the max limit is $700 just to pay my own bills. Also had to cancel Christmas this year.
And to make things worse now we have to come up with $1,456 to transfer the title of her mothers car into her name which is her only form of transportation...she cannot drive at all until we do this.
In July my Grandmother will receive a special needs trust which will pay for everything stated above but We need to be able to make it until the end of the Probate period.
Any donations will be greatly appreciated and used immediately with special updates as to what every dollar goes towards!
The minimum is a $5 donation, only because I don't know how to change it...
