Save Jakes Leg!

Jake is needing your help! Jake came to us as a "Rescue". His owner contacted someone and said they could no longer care for him and he needed to go. Stated he had gotten out at some point and came back limping on his back leg and wouldnt use it. Jake is now at Forest Hills Veterinary located in Sidman, Pa. His back leg is broken in half completely an he is needing surgery to get pins and rods put in to help this boy walk again normally. He is also needing Entropion surgery. This is where his eye lashes are curling the opposite way and curling into his eye.  They are not able to do the surgery for at least two days due to how severely swollen his leg is. He is on crate rest until they are able to touch the leg. We are estimating his vet bills to be around $1000 right now. Tina, Carla, and Sabrina took him in out of the kindness of their hearts to get this boy better and give him a better quality of life! The vet he is at is a very busy office and has stated  that they are not accepting donations as they are too busy to be taking down credit card information but are more then happy to let everyone know he is there and under their care.
