Korey McNeal a Spring High School football player was injured during a Playoffs game on Friday, Nov. 28. Korey went down and didn't get back up. He was then Life Flighted to the University Medical Center Brackenridge in Austin for medical care. Korey was immediately rushed into surgery and now has a Paralyzing Injury.
