Richards (bubby) funeral fund

Richard (bubby) mark Allen Emmons 27 became one of god's angels on December 3rd, 2014. He had cerebral palsy due to a stroke before birth he fought a courageous battle all of his life and touched every heart he came in contact with along his journey. Richard graduated from new castle chrysler high school in 2008. He enjoyed being around family and friends always smiling and laughing and he never knew a stranger. He has favorite past times of being read to and listening to old rock and country music. His death was very sudden and unexpected due to respiratory failure.
