Karangalan Filipino Educator Scholarship 2015
Karangalan is a Tagalog word that means, “pride, dignity, and honor".
The Karangalan Filipino Educator Scholarship, sponsored by the friends and family of the Filipino educators of the Sweetwater Union High School District, will be awarded in Spring 2015 to outstanding Filipino American senior students in the Sweetwater Union High School District who have demonstrated excellence in academics and community involvement.
Through the generosity of so many, we were able to award $2,400 to 7 very deserving young, Filipino leaders in the Sweetwater Union High School District!
It is that time of year again to ask for your help and support of the Karangalan Filipino Educator Scholarship! Any little bit helps!
