Help Me See My Grandpa Once More

My name is Hannah, and the above pictures are my grandfather. His name is Phill. This man has been an extraordinary part of my life. He is not only my grandfather but my godfather as well. He practically raised me when my mom was a single mother, which was most of my childhood. I moved in with him and my grandmother in August 2013 to finish school and be their caretaker. However in August of 2014 I had to move half way across the country. I didn't want to leave them but I had to. My aunt and uncle promised they'd take care of them. Now recently he's been in the hospital for mild kidney failure and bladder infections. The doctors were able to help him, however he developed pneumonia in both of his lungs, and with his age (92) there is nothing they can do to help him. No medications are working. So the doctors told him he has a matter of days left, and they are taking him off all of his medications. He requested to be sent home for the rest of the days he has left and I really need to be there with him. However due to recent car issues I don't have all the money I'll need to take a leave of absense from work to be with him. So I'm reaching out to everyone in hopes they can help me be with my grandpa one more time and also be able to attend the funeral.
