Can we fix it?!

I ran over a raccoon and it has done over $2000 damage, radiator, AC condenser, fan, shroud, etc... my deductible for comp is $1000 when i thought it was lower, Allstate refuses to help, GM refuses to help, the associate in critical need fund won't help, banks won't help, so I need your help!
