Zachary's Wheelchair Van modification

Hi! This is Zach! He is a 9 year old that is totally awesome! Zach has Cerebral Palsy and uses a wheelchair to get around! Not only does he have C.P. in 2010 he had a full left sided hemispherectomy (removal and disconnection of his left side of his brain!) He is such a fighter. We (his mom and step dad) are in need of a way to give Zach one of the last pieces of independence. Currently Zach is lifted by his family member’s out of his wheelchair and into our car. Being 5ft 3in tall and almost 140lbs lifting him is almost too hard these days.  He needs some very strong people to get him into the car. I, his mother, can't lift him anymore at all.

As his mother I am so sad that I cannot take him places by myself anymore! I would love to be able to take him to the park to play with the other kids or even grocery shopping!! It's in these situations when I realize how much he really misses out on!!!

This is where you amazing people come into play. Zach has a power chair that he uses while at school. He does an amazing job driving that chair!! We would love to have a wheelchair accessible van that would allow us to keep him in that power chair and transport him places!! 
He LOVES going places with us, but often has to stay home because we can't get him in the car!!! 

Please help us give this amazing boy a way to participate in life!! He LOVES to be independent and has worked very hard to stay alive and has fought to be the miracle that he is!!!
