Help Me Help the Pay it Forward Band!!!

Hi all you beautiful people,
I have been working with the Pay it Forward Band for nearly 4 years now. I sometimes go the dance with the patients but mostly, I act as support wherever I'm needed administratively for one very dedicated individual, the director Gary, who works around the clock making most things happen to get these bands out there performing and helping in the treatment and well being of these sick and/or elderly patients. The band has now expanded to the Bay Area, San Diego, Dallas, Nashville, and many more major cities. The band has been featured on the front page of the LA Times--there is a lot going on with this band that is helping to create change in activity fund standards set in nursing homes and also the music also brings some quality of life to them now.
Currently, the band is operating without non-profit 501(c)(3) status making traditional fundraising efforts a little tricky but the band could use all the support they can get! Funds for office supplies, musical equipment, gas money to give to the volunteers if the gigs are a drive from where they live, and more! Please consider helping us keep this project alive and thriving! Although this is a project made up of all volunteers, there are very little resources for the ongoing costs to run the project. We aren't paid salaries, we just have costs that come up such as, true story, stolen organization laptops that need to be replaced.
While donations going to this GoFundMe page are not set up to provide tax deduction, for sizeable donations (despite not being a non-profit) the band has a fiscal sponsor that is able to accept the contributions and make them tax-deductible. We need financial support but also just as importantly, your prayers. We can all partner to help foster change for these elderly and sick citizens living in these homes. Thank you and God bless.
