Help for the Herzog's - Fight like a preemie!!

Addie Mack Herzog and Geoff Herzog have always wanted a family. Shortly after their wedding in August of 2014, they learned they were expecting a baby boy. They were overjoyed!
Unexpectedly Addie went into labor at 26 weeks. With the help of the amazing staff at Stony Brook Hospital, Addie was able to keep their baby boy cooking for another month!
Keegan Beau Herzog decided to put his best foot forward, and make an appearance on February 20, at a mere 2lbs 12 ounces. Keegan proved right away to be a fighter.
Addie & Geoff have been by his side since he was born. Spending most of their days and nights at the Stony Brook NICU watching Keegan grow, and waiting for the day they could take hime home. After a trying 60 days, Keegan graduated from NICU & was finally able to go home.
He is getting bigger and stronger everyday, but not without his own struggles. He has had many blood transfusions, and continues to have breathing issues. Just this week, Addie & Geoff learned that Keegan needs surgery to correct his herniated intestines.
Geoff and Addie have been at home with Keegan since April 20th. Geoff has been working from home when he can, and Addie has to return to work next week.  There is no Special Leave for Preemie parents.  Because Addie went into labor early her maternity leave ended right around the time they brought Keegan home from the hospital. She has been home with Keegan on unpaid leave since then, and Keegan is not able to go to daycare for the first year of his life because of his lung issues.

Any donations to help this amazing family offset their medical costs and financial burden would be greatly appreciated. More than anything, it would help them afford the time to be at home with their baby boy Keegan, the way it should be.
