Sleeping Under the Stars (SUTS) is an organization ran by a group of 12 young adults who apsire to change the lives of those in poverty.

SUTS was created in 2010 and independently ran until a group of young adults formed together to create a movement in 2015.

The members of SUTS encourage the community to change their mentality regarding the homeless, and people in need. They hope to show you the lives of the many people in poverty in the Houston and Austin area to raise awareness for the issue of homelessness and create an everlasting change in these people's lives.

Once a month SUTS sets forth in the community providing necessary items to the homeless that they may not have the ability to obtain on their own, such as clothing, umbrellas, sanitary items, water, and etc., which are provided from your monetary donations.

The members of SUTS believe that by helping these individuals and showing their journeys it will change the negative stereotype about the homeless AND provide support for the people in need to get back onto their feet all while detering crime in the community.

SUTS Mission: Dedicated to provide prayer, nourishment, clothing, and love to the homeless community while striving to offer resources that will benefit the people in need to get back onto their feet.
