Help me reclaim some normal

Hello my name is Sunshine. I was born with a rare kidney disease and am in end stage kidney failure. I  have been strugglig both finacially and physically a lot over the last year especially. I lost my job this summer , because I was in and out of the hospital too much and was living out of my jeep for awhile.  I have been in the hospital about a dozen times this year.  I just keep getting sicker.  I've had 9 blood transfusions this year alone. I would never ask for help if it wasn't dyer.  I have dialysis three days a week and everyday is a struggle.  Most days it's hard to even get up. I've been living on my friends couch but I really need my own place. Bless you for taking the time to read this.
