Help Alex with Medical Bills and recover

Hello everyone.
So on Friday morning while getting ready for work I was doing laundry like a normal person. It had been raining pretty hard and I didn't realize how wet the ground had become. After starting my wash of laundry I took a step outside of the two stairs outside of the laundry room but didn't have complete balance with a laundry basket and end up hitting the ground. From there I broke my leg and my ankle. I was out in the rain for about 20 mins or so calling for help but no one came til I was forced to pull and drag myself on the ground to get to my studio, which is almost like a 2ft crawl. As I continued to pulled myself I reached my door and got to my phone and called 911. I then sat in the rain for about another 20 minutes til the paramedics arrived. I am cold and wet at the time and my left foot had become numb. I started to panic and call everyone i knew jut to make sure my family, friends and coworkers knew that I was in physical pain and unable to stand or move due to my injury. I was then transported to the Kaiser Hospital in Sacramento.

I then recieved treatment for the time for my ankle and leg. I was even given crutches. The bad side not one doctor or nurse told me how to use them after being discharge from the hospital care. Here is where the trouble began again. I get home arond 8:00 pm and i had been in the hopsital from 4 til then. I get home and I really needed to use the bathroom. Well trying my best to use my crutches I fell down again. This time I completely broke my ankle, all the tenants in my left leg and more of a fracture in my leg as well. I went back to the hopsital again and it had to be the fastest record on returning to the hospital for anyone. My landlord had to drive me back to the hospital where I was admitted from friday all the way up til sunday. By the way when I returned back to the hospital I had to wait til amost 1:30 am just to get admitted to the hospital because they were about to discharge me again. But after the review my second set of xray they were like nope you are too much of a falling hazzard to yourself. At that point I had also been hold the bathroom for a little over 4 hours. Thankfully I was given more xrays and pain killers. My mother and sister came from Fresno to make sure I was okay and not dying. I don't think I could have handled it alone again. I recieved surgery on Saturday morning where they put me under with two plates now in my ankle and 4 screws .

I am now in recovery. I will be staying with my mother and sister til a doctor can clear me for taking care of myself.  So I haven't recieved a medical bill just yet but I am guessing about 5k thus far. I will have a better number once I get the medical bills. Kind of scared to see what it will be.

Here is the break down:

I need to pay my mom back : $250 for my rent for may + $100 for gas money (I feel bad it cost her that much to get to me and back to Fresno)
$343 for EMT services from Sacramento Fire department
Grand total is : $693
