Lyme Disease is a costly battle to fight emotionally, spiritually, and physically. Please help Ben's Friends member Jeremiah cover medical expenses like doctor's appointments, prescriptions and nutritional supplements.
Jeremiah served his country and while on duty received multiple tick bites. When he developed a high fever and Bullseye rash, Jeremiah was discharged from the military. As horrific as it sounds, he then became fully disabled without even having Veterans benefits!
As a dedicated husband and father, Jeremiah makes many sacrifices to cover his medical care. To keep food on the table, he needs about $300 per month in assistance from us. Any and all donations will make a difference!!!
