HELP US PUT PLANTS IN THE BEDS!

The Kensington Park Civic Association has done a total revamp on all the entrances into our community. There are four in total.

We have removed all the dead plants and old mulch, pressure-washed the stone pillars, sealed and repaired the stone, painted the lanterns, put down new block edging and painted it, and lastly, put down fresh mulch.

The beds are now ready for plants, but the funds are running thin, so we need your help

Kensington Park is a Civic Association. We are a community of 1132 homes. Unfortunately, residents do not have to pay a mandatory association fee. Every year we are lucky if 200 residents pay their association dues. With low dues payments, it makes it difficult to do large-scale projects like the entrances.

Money from this will go toward purchasing plants for the Andrea, Monica Parkway and Gocia entrances, which will complete our entrance project. Any money left over will go toward replenishing our bank account from the previously spent fund on the entrances.
