Help open Brew Lab 101 - Beer & Cider Co.!!! This will be one of Albuquerque's newest and hottest breweries and cideries! At Brew Lab 101 we will be a comfortable, family-oriented neighborhood brewery and taproom in which customers can enjoy some of the finest craft beer in New Mexico.
With our main owners and headbrewers being engineers, scientists, and technicians, we will emphasize the vast science and engineering that goes into making our favorite beverage! Therefore, we will strive to be a little different and make "The Lab" a fun and intriguing destination which engages our customers in learning about the art, science, and engineering of making craft beer and cider!
