Howard County Public Records

We are currently starting the litigation process to compel the Howard County Vital Records Department to allow access to their public records, as per Indiana Law.

We are looking to raise money to help off-set costs of attorney's fees.

If we win our case all attorney's fees should be recoverable, in which case, we will donate all monies recieved to a local history organization.
