The Halo Community Foundation

The Halo Community Foundation provides financial assistance for in home care for low-income seniors, disabled, and individuals suffering from illnesses. The Halo Community Foundation was established to assist individuals with ability to reside in the comfort of their home and receive the care needed to conduct normal daily living activities with the assistance of outstanding and trustworthy caregivers.
The Halo Community Foundation serves the community of San Diego County and provides assistance to qualified individuals. The cost of in home care and nursing home care is costly, forcing many elderly and disabled to financially struggle and forego vital care that prevents falls, injuries, medication errors, and death. Visiting Angels Home Care Agency East County recognized this critical issue and created the Halo Community Foundation to assist individuals and their families with the cost of care without jeopardizing the quality of care received.
The Halo Community Foundation relies on donations to continue to provide this crucial service to the senior and disabled population of San Diego County.
