Service Industry Benefit Fund

After being in the 15 years, I can honestly say that last Sunday, I got the worst "tip," ever. Sure, I never went to college, and bartending, and serving were some of the better paying jobs I could get without a college education, but this experience has made me realize that maybe it is time to move on. But before I go, I'd like to leave a legacy. I feel that people in the service industry are underserved in the areas of affordable group insurance, paid vacation, retirement, and other employer subsidized benefits that people with “real” jobs have access to. I would like to start a benefit fund that helps people in the service industry with planning, and financial assistance.
