Help for Liam and his treatment

On September 30th 2014 Liam Emile York was brought into this world. He's an absolute blessing and the wonder of our lives. Liam However was born with some complications due to a blood type mismatch between Myself and his Mother. His body began attacking him like a virus. My blood type A+ and his mothers O- are not compatiable so his system thinks he is an infection. This has caused sever jaundice and an extended hospital stay. While I do have insurance they are not covering much. Also as a verteran the V.A. has not been helpful either. I've tried the V.F.W with little success and now our hospital bill has skyrocketed to over $15,000 and with me missing work trying to be there for my fiance' and our son money has become very tight. I spent 3 years in Guantanamo  Bay as a Corrections Specialist from 2003-2006. It's been a real struggle to pay rent and try to keep the medical bill collectors at bay. I'm not seeking to have everything covered through donations but anything will help. My fiance cannot work during these times so her income is literally zero and its been hard to overcome. He needs care and testing done weekly at this point so the bills aren't going down away anytime soon. Please if anyone can help it literally truly be a lifesaver. With much love and admiration,
