Helping a family in need

Just over a year ago, I fell at work and was hurt my arm/wrist. What was supposed to be fixed within 4 months is now worse and further from being fixed than it ever was, due to doctor error. I am a father of two beautiful young, three and five year old boys and my wife is also dealing with a disability case comma due to PTSD and due to a recent doctor screw up during a routine hysterectomy, she now has a tube sticking out of her back and has to walk with a cane. We are struggling tremendously just to pay the bills, my workman's comp just isn't cutting it and is on the verge of getting taken away and my wrist seems to be so bad that no doctor wants to touch it. I have a completely torn Tri fibrocartilage complex in my left wrist, everything I can find says with an injury as severe as mine presents itself, it requires surgery to fix, but I can't seem to get a doctor to fix it and the pain is excruciating 24 hours a day. Needless to say, we need some help. I'm not sure what my future holds, be it my music www.the-bilderberg-group.com, our new DoTerra venture, my poetry (children's book and personal work) or something more important, like exposing the truth, anything you can do is greatly, GREAT appreciated.  Thank you,
