Hello Family and Friends,
As you may already know, I have been recording, touring and performing with a group named SOJA. I have been on their past 3 albums. This last album has been nominated for a Grammy for Album of the Year in the Reggae Category. There is a great chance that they will win. This is a big deal for the band as well as myself. Because the entire album was nominated for a Grammy, considering that I contributed to the body of work, I am now a Grammy nominated artist and if we win, I will be a Grammy Award winning artist.
Since I'm not technically apart of the band, my expenses aren't covered to travel to the Grammies. I get discounted rates on tickets to the actual event but everything else will be coming out of pocket. Unfortunately this was unexpected and follows a very expensive Holiday so I can't afford the cost to cover the trip.
This could be a once in a lifetime opportunity and I would love to experience it and also share it with you. I'm asking for your help to get me there. Whatever you can give will be greatly appreciated. If your contributions cover a portion or the entire cost of the trip, I will be forever grateful.
For everyone that contributes, I will give you the inside scoop on everything that's going on during the trip. I will send you exclusive pictures; videos and blogs live from the Grammy’s. Not the ones that I'm going to be posting on social networks. You get the exclusive stuff.........lol. I'm very excited about this opportunity and I want to thank each and every one of you for contributing to my life.
