     The banksters and the judge's have perpetrated fraud, and forgery against me to STEAL my home by presenting assumptions, presumptions, and hearsay before the courts. There has never been a certified original bona fide instrument in which for the bank to seek remedy before a court of law.  The bank (JPMorgan Chase) to whom I've never had a contract with, has forged not only the name, but also forged the notories according to the NOTARY herself as it has been testified by her, Rebecca Feldpausch, listen to her stating this in an audio file here...

The Judge refused me due process of law, when he refused me SUMMARY JUDGMENT when the BANK refused to show up to court. Had that been one of US not showing up, you can betcha he would have ruled against US.
    He again on a second ocassion refused me due process of law  when he could have accommodated me due to my disabilities, when he was notified I could not attend their court hearing on Sept 4, 2014 as he was notified the DAY BEFORE AND DAY OF THAT HEARING. 
     He for a third time refused me due process of law when I filed for an INJUNCTION to STOP the sale of my home.
     He forthly refused my due process of law when he ruled in the banks favor protecting the bank as it is now known judge's across this country get kick back's from the food stamp card system EBT cards which Xerox makes, and none other than JPMorgan Chase Bank loads up with money. No doubt this Judge Joe Castlen and the previous Judge Jay Wethington who had DISMISSED the banks case against me in 2012 but without prejudice, meaning they could come at me again and they did. To do so however they had to have NEW EVIDENCE, and since they had NONE, they created it by falsified papers, forgery and committing fraud before the court.
     This judge has proven himself to hold contempt, bias, and extreme prejudice against me to coerce with the bank to steal my house.
     I need the pubic's help desperately, or else I'll be dumped out on the street.
     I have sought every official in my state's help to no avail, their numbers and names are below all my video's.
     You could call them if you will to let them know how shameful they are, how dispicable they're facilitating the crime on a disabled wheelchair user great grandmother, won't you?
