Miss Gabriel's Story Part 1

Miss Gabriel Foundation is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit rescue specializing in severely neglected dogs needing a place to be rehabilitated who may otherwise be euthanized. We provide care under a medical treatment plan from a licensed veterinarian. We document the progress from the beginning of care. While being transparent of all the good and the bad of the rehabilitating dog. The only time we will not be transparent is if there is an open criminal case pending.

This accomplishes one of two things. It allows information out there for how to help other dogs and the public can be a part of the dogs rescue.

Miss Gabriel was an amazing first foster dog. It is in her memory we decided to do this. She was documented on a daily basis. People came to love and cheer her on during her healing process without even meeting her.

The day Miss Gabriel was no longer a foster and was adopted by us.

Our mission: At the Miss Gabriel Foundation our mission is to give severely neglected dogs a place to heal and recover from the physical and emotional damage caused by severe neglect. This will be done through constant love, care and the healing power of a stable accepting pack.

Our Vision: We want severely neglected dogs who may otherwise be euthanized to get a second chance at life. To become the dog they always should have been and get adopted into a loving forever home.

Our Methodology: We will provide 24 hour care under the medical treatment plan by a licensed veterinarian, with reevaluation as needed. The dogs will be rehabilitated in a safe peaceful forest setting with room to wander, explore and have fun.

The log house on several acres of forest property for the dogs to romp and heal.

This is just 1 person trying to make a difference. I need your help and support to keep this foundation alive in Miss Gabby's memory. These very sick dogs will have high medical expenses at first. How To Help MGF Medical Needs Rescues

Please consider making a small tax deductible donation to this foundation to help out our special medical needs rescues. Also help get the word out and share our plea. Without your help, we cannot rescue more. Community donations are our only source of funding.

100% of the donations go to the medical cost of these rescues. Should their medical bills get paid off, it will go towards their care and feeding that I currently pay for out of my personal funds. I am an unpaid volunteer/director. This foundation is my way to help dogs like Miss Gabriel Howell .
