Friends of Honeycomb UAME

Honeycomb UAME Church "The Light in the Valley" located in Lima PA was founded in 1852 and was one of the stops along the "Underground Railroad" leading run away slaves to freedom and a new life.  On August 22, 2016 we started a church renovation and beautification project which quickly turned into this historical church needing some much needed repairs. We are raising funds to help pay for this unforseen expense so the church can reopen and get back to serving God and the community. Honeycomb has been a safe haven for all who are lost and seeking freedom for over 164 years and is looking forward to continuing to be that light in the valley leading souls to the "True Light Jesus Christ." Hopefully with your much needed help, this historical church can reopen it's doors, leading all who enter in through them to Christ. We humbly thank you for your support.
