Nico's Recovery

Our good friend, Nico Inzerella, was hurt in a skydiving accident in Chelan on October 4. He broke his pelvis in multiple places, broke his hip socket, and dislocated his left leg. He was airlifted to Harborview, where he spent 8 nights, and he is expected to make a full recovery. The doctors are saying the recovery will take several months, with continued physical therapy afterward. Today (October 11) he is being moved by ambulance to a skilled nursing facility in Shoreline to continue his recovery and physical therapy.
On top of that, Nico and Emily are expecting a baby on November 28. Emily is planning to be on maternity leave until the end of February.
I will be adding information later about how to visit Nico, once they figure out what his PT schedule is. Most likely you will need to contact him first to make sure that the timing works. Obviously his recovery is the first priority!
Nico has insurance, but we all know that there are always many expenses above and beyond what insurance covers, including time off of work. Let's all pull together to help out this great family! Anything you can donate will help and will be greatly appreciated!
