Summit County Shop with a Cop

The Summit County Shop with a Cop program was developed to help disadvantaged children and children of military families purchase gifts during the holiday season. The program also helps foster a positive relationship between our youth and the officers.  Each year a group of deserving children are selected and escorted by local police officers from the Summit County area to Walmart where they are given gift cards to go shopping for themselves and family members.  The children are treated to breakfast then escorted in a caravan of police cruisers to Walmart and the day is topped off with a pizza party.   
The donations we receive will help us fund this positive and fun experience for the kids.
