we can hire a coach who has actually been a winner at any level.

looking like a pop warner team playing a high school varsity team, then

Kiffin and hire a coach who's actually capable of winning, recruiting,
and making players better through coaching.
Money may also be used to help force the hiring of an OC/QB coach to call plays.
Kiffin needs to learn to motivate and actually be a head coach, not just a play caller who recruits. Kiffin seems to be a Ron Zook, being that he can recruit but his coaching makes the players worse. Thus funds may also be used to pay for motivation and leadership classes for Kiffin.
We also must keep Coach O and Tee Martin on the staff even if we get rid of Lane, thus funds may also be used to give these assistants a raise.
