Thanksgiving Dinner
Thanksgiving Dinner will be served free to the public from 11am to 3pm
Thursday, November 24th at The Fedora
located at 1726 W Kathleen Coeur d’Alene.
The Fedora and many other local organizations and volunteers are working to bring our community together on Thanksgiving Day. Everyone is welcome! There are no prerequisites to attend. “After Six incredible years of business in this wonderful community, we want to keep giving back. That’s what it means to be a part of such a great community. Even with all the growth here, we are all still so “small town” when it comes to being there for each other when it counts. This is our way to help “make it count.” The time and stories people were willing to share with us were priceless.” say owners John & Mallory Malee of the Fedora.
Last year, in cooperation with community organizations, we fed over 1,700 people from our area for free. This year the planning committee is working hard preparing for an estimated 2,000 of our friends and neighbors who have been hit hardest by these trying economic times.
Providing a nice Thanksgiving meal with amazing volunteers may help relieve pressure from families trying to give their families a memorable Thanksgiving. It can also provide a sense of comfort for those who are spending the holiday alone.
