Please help me get a service dog

I am a chronic pain patient, I am only 22 years old. I have lost my job that I love and most of my basic life functions. Some days I cannot even get out of bed. Sometime I collapse and can't get to my meds. With a service dog we can train him to help me when I fall, get me my meds, call for help, and he will be emotional help as I have been bed ridden since July. I will not have to rely on my husband who is the only one working to take care of me. Please help me out, this money will go to buying the dog and basic equipment, food, etc. Any donation would help.
