Stormy the Kitten (Updated, RIP)

Stormy the kitten was found by a friend on the streets being kicked at by some kids. He saved her, and she seemed totally normal, so he just took her to the Humane Society for her routine checkup. Then she went downhill fast, so he called me and we took her to my regular vet. She wasn't responsive and her body temp was only 90 degrees (it's supposed to be 100!) and her blood sugar was so low it wasn't registering. We transferred her to the hospital for an overnight stay, and I took over her care because I was already too attached and needed to give her a chance. She spent the night and got fluids and dextrose. After making it through the night, she went back to my vet for some x-rays. She has some fluid in her lungs, which probably means pneumonia. She is staying in the ICU on antibiotics and more fluids and dextrose. This little sweetie is such a fighter, and there are enough good signs that I need to see this through, but I really need financial help. She has a home lined up once she makes it through this.
