Blair Champion

After being in pain for several months, Salon West stylist, Blair Champion, and her doctors decided it was time for exploratory surgery to find out why Blair was experiencing stomach pain for so long. On September 16th 2014 that surgery took place. Much to our dismay, it was worse than we could of ever imagined it to be. Blair was diagnosed with Stage IIIC (3C) Ovarian Cancer. Blair has touched the hearts of thousands of individuals over her past  years as a hairdresser. Blair is our friend. She is our co-worker, and most importantly, she is now apart of the 3% of women in the world diagnosed with Ovarian Cancer, which causes more deaths than any other cancer of the female productive system. (source: Cancer.org/cancer/ovarian cancer) With that said, Blair is now at her home in Pinellas County, FL and preparing for several months of Chemotherapy.
