On November 8, 2011, the FGH Ranger family lost a beloved member of our alumni, Debbie Brown, class of 1990. Debbie’s two children lost both parents in a way that we do not want to believe possible and they are certain to face unimaginable challenges in the years to come. Debbie was a wonderful mother to her children, a cherished daughter to her parents, a loving sister and a dear friend to all of us. We continue to struggle daily to come to terms with this tragedy, to cope with our loss. But our grief cannot begin to compare to the suffering of her family. Her two children are living with Debbie’s parents, Donnie and Adele Brown. They will be facing various unexpected costs in the near future - costs such as grief counseling for the kids, educational expenses, medical expenses, clothing, etc. – costs that retired grandparents will find it very difficult to bear. Any amount of financial support you are able to provide for these children will be greatly appreciated.
