The Covid-19 pandemic is the biggest threat to our society we have seen in recent times.
This virus has hit us where we notice it the most– in our freedom to be together, work together and enjoy each others company.
In the fight against the virus everyone has to do their part and follow the guidance provided by the Government. But we also need to support the people in hospitals that are our first line of defence.
The funds raised will be used to buy equipment and to support the UCLH workforce - doctors, nurses, allied health professionals and other staff who are making a tremendous effort to care for our loved ones and keep us safe, as you can see from this BBC report (Inside an ICU fighting Covid 19 )
