Please help our family - so we can help others

So after seeing our friends and family help us achieve our goal of £3000 in just TWO DAYS we thought as a family if we can get that kinda of support then why shouldn’t we then support others in the same circumstance? We have decided to start our a charity to help thousands of families in the UK to escape from the financial burden of immigration fees, so we will keep this campaign open for them…please keep sharing and showing friends and even if you know anyone going through this, please send them our way so we can share their story and help them!!

Hi, my name is Ahmat Raheem.

As a family we have decided to seek financial help from our friends and family which is something we don't really like to do since others are going through their own financial burdens, also with it being such short notice plus with Christmas around the corner but we don't know where else to turn - My family have been living in this country for the last 20+ years and its now become a place we call home...just to have an understanding of what we are going through...me, my sister and mother have been going through the immigration process of attaining a British Passport by applying for a "Leave to remain" visa which last for 2/3 years and then you reapply for it again after that term is finished. This year will be the last time we apply for visa because we have recently passed out "Life in the uk test" which allows us to apply for "Indefinite leave to remain" so this means we wouldn't have to apply for a visa again and the next process would be to apply for our British passport.

My mum ended up having an emergency operation and ended up being off work for 2 months and we had to borrow from our funds to pay rent. We also have to find a new house to live in as our landlord wants us out of the house by the 28th December.

The fee we have to pay is £9,955 for 3 people. But we are just asking for half that anount.

I know everyone is struggling with the cost of living crisis but if anyone could help it would mean the world to me and my family.
