Help Save Zoey

This is our beautiful 4 month old Kelpie, Zoey. Zoey managed to escape the backyard one night through a very slim gap in our fence and wondered onto the road where our vet has said she was hit by a car. Little Zoey has two broken hips and a broken knee. Her vet has given us the option of surgery through a specialist or amputation - which obviously we want to avoid. We would really appreciate even the smallest bit of help for our little girl. Thank you.
