REST IN PEACE RICKY
Hello Everybody,
As you are all aware, my sisters fiancé lost his
battle against the CV-19 Corona virus Battle.
in her words please read below:
My heart is breaking as I write this post. It is a
physical and mental ache I can’t describe.
Unfortunately yesterday (22.04.2020) at
approximately 21.15pm Ricky lost his battle
against COVID 19.
Unfortunately the virus had spread throughout
his body and he was induced into a coma, despite
having ventilation his body was not strong
enough to intake the oxygen needed. Therefore
his organs began to fail. Ricky received dialysis
however it
was too late as he had gone into renal failure.
As they were turning Ricky onto his front again in
an attempt to support his breathing, Ricky went
Into cardiac arrest and despite the doctors effects to resuscitate him, they were unsuccessful.
I will be honest, this doesn’t feel real to me. I am
just waiting for him to come home and give me a
cuddle, sing until midnight and do everything he
can to wind me up. I need him, I need him here.
I got with Ricky at 18. I have been with him
throughout my whole adult life. I don’t know how
to live without him. Ricky is just 29, he didn’t
deserve this. This isn’t right!
Thankyou to everyone that has been in touch and will continue to support me, my family and Rickys
family through this horrible time. I love you all.

As you can imagine Ricky’s death was very
unexpected and nobody came prepared for him
to be taken of this earth!

have left my family especially my sister in such
heartache.
You have taken away the man she adores. The
man she’s been with for the past 7 years. The man she has planned her future with. The man she was
going to marry. The man she wanted her kids with. The man she planned on spending the rest of her
life with. The man she did nothing without. The
man she doesn’t know how to live life without!

Rest In Peace Ricky, you will be forever loved and
never forgotten. Please look down and shine a
light to Katie Jayne Martin. You was her world,
her rock, her life!

off anybody. But at a time like this I know that
some off our close friends and family have asked
me to set this page up. To help Katie with funding
for his unexpected death, funeral, and all links and to take a weight of her and the family’s shoulders.
