The Ken and Joan Baker Memorial Fund
Sadly, the world lost a legend. Our Dad, or as we always called him, Big Daddy or by all of his grandchildren Papa/Grandpa Dirt, passed away on April 12th, 2020. At this time, we are unable to have a funeral or a memorial service due to the restrictions surrounding covid-19. Ironically, covid-19 is ultimately what took our father away from us. He Passed away only seven months after our mom. So this memorial fund is for her as well.
Our parents were always about raising money for many different Charities and giving back. We would like to continue their legacy and help people who are in need of unable to help themselves.
We haven't determined who exactly this fund will help but we know it will go to a good cause. Our parents really never liked funerals and flowers so it seems appropriate that they were always giving back. Now it's time for us to give back.
