Help me get a Seizure Response Service Dog

Hello, My name is Corbynn. I am a 5 year old superhero. I was so excited to come into the world I came 16 weeks early at just 24 weeks gestation. I spent 127 days in the NICU on a rollercoaster but showed everyone my sass and warrior mentality. I was making good progress with my diagnosis from coming earlier than I was expected which was microcephaly and spastic cerebral palsy. I am complete wheelchair dependent as a result of getting my superpowers. In December 2020, I got COVID. I was lucky enough that it presented like a minor cold but then on day 7, my life changed forever. I began to have seizures. There is no known trigger for them. Since then I have had 14 seizures to date. My seizures tend to happen while I am asleep so they are all prolonged which can be dangerous and take away some of my super powers. My parents want to get my a service dog to help with mobility but most importantly would be trained in seizure response alert so my parents hopefully get my seizure to end a lot sooner and avoid ending up in the ER for extra help. As you may know these are very expensive ($10,000) so we are asking for a help because even a superhero needs help sometimes. We have already gotten Remington (pictured above) to start the bond of us and we are already best friends. Thank you in advance!
