We have a seior member of our community who is in need of help with an overdue tax bill. We don't need to say a name, just need to remedy an unfortunate circumstance.

The Town Meeting Article will not remedy this issue. If approved by Town Meeting, funding will be delayed by legal review. All the while, the Town is required to charge a hefty interest rate on the balance. No matter what, help will not come to the individual in a timely manner. You can help by donating to the cause to decrease or eliminate the tax burden and keep the individual in her family home.

We have kept the recipient anonymous. The name does not need to be spoken and the Community has an opportunity to help a local in need.
