Raven's retreat

Gentleshaw wildlife has been offering safe forever homes to exotic animals and birds of prey since 1993. Over the years many paws and beaks have come in though our doors needing care and attention. Some stay a little while before finding their forever homes else where whilst others immediately perch on our hearts and stay forever. 
  That's exactly what Rebel the Raven did. Rebel was seized by authorities having been kept badly and neglected. Moving home many times in his short life, ultimately ending up in in caring hands. Rebel was too be fostered at Gentleshaw, but we fell for this intelligent, cheeky, naughty, lovable lad and the idea of him having to move again didn't seem fair.
  Having been with us for over a year, young Rebel has many decades ahead of him and we would like to give him the home he deserves. We need to rebuild his current home which is old and doesn't give him enough view of our lovely visitors, whom he likes to interact with. His new avairy would have larger viewing windows and provide him with  a specifically designed home. 
    Having clawed our way through the pandemic, thanks entirely to public donations, we realise fundraising for a large project is going to take a long time, but we've to start somewhere!
