Hi Friends,
It is with a heavy heart that I inform you that my niece, Payton Maurice, has been recently diagnosed with embryonal rhabdomyosarcoma cancer and will be receiving treatment over the next year. The medical staff has all been impressed at Payton's eagerness to play and positive attitude. She has such a fun spirit and is such a fighter!
I am running the Jazz Half Marathon this October (2019) as a symbol of Payton's strength and as a way to help and support Christy and Brian through this hard time. All funds will be given to them to provide some financial relief so they can focus on getting Pay healthy.
