MCBC 24 hour Ergathon

We are once more holding our annual Merton College Boat Club Ergathon. This year, we are raising funds for a local charity called Homeless Oxfordshire. For 24 hours, there will be two rowing machines being used non-stop (other than to switch over rowers!). Our ergathon involves the entire squad and it is our annual opportunity for our alumni to support us in a common goal of aiding a meaningful cause.

Homeless Oxfordshire enables the recovery of those impacted by homelessness. Between 2023 to 2024, they provided 57,000 safe nights of accommodation and over 18,000 evening meals. Their work addresses the increasing need for homeless aid and specialist services. Everynight, Homeless Oxfordshire provides 220 people with stability, security and support and we hope to contribute towards this through our fundraising. We would really love your support in raising funds for such a worthy cause.
