On Sunday, November 24th 2019, at the age of 56, Patricia Goertzen unexpectedly passed away in a car accident. She leaves behind Larry, her husband of 35 years, and her three daughters, Melissa (30), Alicia (28), Ariana (25).
Patricia was born and raised in the Okanagan. From a young age Patricia had a passion for her community. She lived her life to make the world better for those around her. Over the last 10 years, Patricia was the Executive Director of local charity Hands in Service . She served on many community boards and truly believed in making change through tangible acts of love.
All money raised will go her immediate family. Everyone around the family is hoping to help reduce the immediate and long term financial burden from this loss. Whether that be funeral costs, lost wages, food, cleaning or counselling. If you wish to help in any way, please consider donating.
