On Monday night January 4th. Pictou County District RCMP were called to the residence of Jamie Mackay, where he was the victim of attempted murder. Jamie sustained life-threatening injuries and is being treated for third-degree burns on 50% of his body. He is currently in a medically induced coma and will awake to the devastating realization that his home and contents were lost in the fire. Our family is setting up this GoFundMe to help Jamie who is kind, humble, hardworking. Jamie was always willing to reach out and help friends and family in need. We appreciate everyone who shares or donates to this GoFundMe on Jamie's behalf.
