Housebound pensioner been ripped off by cowboy builders

Hi my name is Eric I'm doing this on behalf of my partner and myself. We had some work start by a builders who never finished a job. Our bathroom has been left in a terrible state. They were charging us as they went along but never finished anything. They charged us nearly 27 grand, which has used up mosy of our savings. My partner Lorna is mostly housebound she has problems using our bathroom as it's been left in a real mess. We will now have to get another builder/plumber to get it totally usable. So the money we hopefully raise will make her life easier
