Help with Poppy Vet Bills

Hi Everyone,
Yesterday, while we were on a walk around our neighborhood, Poppy was mauled by a pitbull who broke through an opening in a fence. There was no warning, and the pit ran up behind us, and grabbed Poppy before I even knew what was happening. She sustained extensive injuries with multiple puncture wounds and had to be taken for emergency surgery. The wounds punctured her abdomen, but luckily missed any vital organs. I have repeatedly tried to reach the owner, but they are not returning my calls or texts. I am raising money because I cannot afford all of Poppy's vet bills. She will have weeks of follow up care as well. If you've met Poppy (who is half pit herself) then you know she's the sweetest, most loving little goofball ever and means the absolute world to me. My heart hurts that this happened to her. I would be so very grateful for your kindness and generosity.
