Hello everyone!

As most of you know my name is Julianna, I’m 19 years old and live in Alexandria. On March 26 I delivered food to a man named Steven Hanes at the Comfort Inn hotel. As everyone knows how much I love dogs he had one so of course I asked to pet it! I asked questions about the dog and we got to talking. (The video attached is the night I met them! You can hear him say “this dog saved my life”). Steven’s garage caught on fire a couple months back leaving his dog, Magnum, stuck kenneled in the garage. Steven had to enter the garage to free Magnum. Due to this he was stuck staying in a hotel for three months due to fire damage to his house. He redid the house and moved back in. Unfortunately four weeks later he had a flu fire and his alarms didn’t sound. He was asleep and his 6 year old Springer spaniel named Magnum jumped on him on the bed alerting him to the fire. Steven and Magnum safely exited the home as it burned to ash. He was residing in Ardenheim Mill Creek when the tradgedy occurred. They are both now staying at the hotel until things change and have lost everything. I know this community can lend a helping hand when needed and has always showed up. Therefore I am asking you for help for these two kind souls. I spoke with Steven and got some details if there is anyone out there willing to help.
